Real Estate Capitalization Analyst (Hybrid Telework)

Work Location: 1701 Columbia Avenue, College Park, GA 30337
Hybrid Telework: (3) day per week on-site
Salary Range: $50K - $55K

Responsibilities & Duties

The Capitalization Support Analyst must provide support for capitalization activities by researching and reviewing documentation necessary to process capitalization packages and financial assets. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Monitor and process capitalization documentation and correspondence for all financial assets and financial tools.
  • Assist with validating financial fixed asset data reconciliation as applicable to capitalized assets.
  • Research and utilize the following existing databases listed below, as well as future developed databases, to support capitalization effort
  • Use SQL and Visual Basic programming languages to write new code for Access based MMCIT database.
  • The sole backup support person to the MMCIT system while the administrator is on leave, TDY or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Abstract and monitor up to a half a million records in support of the NAS (National Air Space) capitalization effort within the MMCIT platform in a timely manner.
  • Maintain, update, troubleshoot and correct problems in Access based MMCIT database at the direction of FAA for all of Eastern, Central and Western Service areas of the FAA Capitalization Team.
  • Process Contractor Acceptance Inspection Reports (CAI) and Joint Acceptance Decision Reports (JAI) and import them into the Project Document Library (PDL).
