Martek Global Services, Inc. (“Martek”) is working a proposal with the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board Policy and Acquisition Support Services.  We are currently looking for an Task Order Manager (Project Manager / SME) with the required specialized training and experience outlined below. 

Responsibilities & Duties
The Task Order Manager (Project Manager / SME) serves as the primary point of contact and overall lead for task order execution. Provides strategic oversight, coordination, and communication across all task areas.

  • Act as primary liaison between Government and contractor team
  • Oversee all task order activities including cost, schedule, and performance
  • Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and executive briefings
  • Manage staffing, workload distribution, and quality control
  • Coordinate development of presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and performance standards
  • Lead meetings, stakeholder engagements, and interchange sessions
  • Maintain version control and documentation for deliverables

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years program/project management experience
  • Experience managing federal contracts or task orders
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP certification
  • Experience managing acquisition or procurement support contracts
