We are currently looking for multiple Desktop Support Specialists with the required specialized training and experiences out lined below and who also has the ability to manage a rigorous workload for our busy clients. The Desktop Support Specialist provides design, installation, maintenance and support service for the entire enterprise network. They will work with our network management team to discuss the need for network changes and the feasibility of projects recommended by network users. This position supports the Department of Defense and requires an Active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Desktop Support Specialist will be required to monitor technology trends through Windows 10 Deployment and make recommendations on incorporating new technology into existing platforms. Their specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
